Who We Are

We are Spear Agro Industries Pvt. Ltd, a premium dairy products manufacturing company. The inception of Spear Agro Industries was a result of the promoter’s passion to create value addition to consumers fueled by experience in distribution of various FMCG products and exposure in manufacturing and hospitality (Promoters are Founders of initial team which lead to various reputed restaurant brands like YO! CHINA, THE WINE COMPANY, Whisky Samba, Anantares to name a few cross 17 cities in India) .Our company core mission is to ensure complete manufacturing of quality ghee, assuring on-time delivery at highly competitive prices.

Our state of the art and fully automated unit in Manesar, Gurugram is equipped with all the necessary manufacturing standards/certifications as per International and Domestic guidelines. Our brand, MILK JOY is currently available in Tetra pack, Tin pack, Pet jar, Glass jars and 15 kg Bulk packing. All our machines are fully automated with latest technology ensuring highest standard of quality and safety.

We are rapidly increasing our presence in General trade with every passing day. Currently we have a strong distribution Setup across northern india. Our 15 kg ghee Tins are widely accepted across major Institutions due to quality and aggressive Pricing . Some of the more noted Institutional buyers include haldirams ( all Divisions ), om sweets, evergreen sweets, Chaayos, kana sweets, biryani blues , bikano Aggarwal sweets, radha soami satsang and Many more . Our products are highly Appreciated globally. Hence, we have a Strong foothold in private labelling Across america and currently exporting to Big box retailers in florida, portland, Oakland and other parts of california. We Are also exporting to hong kong and uae.
